Personalized Glassware is NON-REFUNDABLE. Although we pack glassware very carefully, we DO NOT replace personalized glassware damaged in transit. We can only offer a refund on the damaged pieces. Please order additional pieces to cover all contingencies.

If you need to re-order the minimum order will still be required. The $38.00 set up fee will be charged on any order for glassware, even if you have already placed an order. This includes any re-orders because of damage.
