We currently ship all products to US and Canada
only. For Non-US or Canada residents
, you could considered using a Forwarding Service
For orders ship to Canada, we are not responsible for all import duties, Canadian taxes, custom, or brokerage fee. For questions regarding duties and taxes, please contact your local taxation department.
We use UPS ground to deliver most of the US orders and UPS Standard for the Canadian orders. Occasionally, at our discretion, we may use Fedex, UPS Mail Innovations or some other shipping company. We also offer UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air for expeditious delivery.
Please note that we DO NOT ship to P. O. Box addresses and APO/FPO boxes
Expedited shipping method will not speed up the order processing time.
Most non-personalized orders are shipped within 3 business days, but during busy wedding season, the processing time could extend to 7 business days.
Personalized items may take 1 to 4 weeks to process before shipping out. Please make sure to check the item availability that is listed on each individual item page for item specific processing times.
Shipping cost is calculated based on shipment weight and shipping distance.
Orders which contain multiple item prefix codes may ship from multiple warehouses and result in multiple shipments.

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of the delivery date
for a full refund of the cost of the items or an exchange except for the non-returnable items listed below. Items must be returned in its original form and packaging. Please note that shipping fee is non refundable. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping, except in the instance where an error was made by us.
The following items are not returnable:
Edibles and confectionary products
Wearable that has been worn (eg. Garters, jewelry)
We do not accept partial returns. Only full orders can be returned.Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization number and return shipping address before returning your package. No returns will be processed without the Return Authorization number.
Please return your order to the warehouse address provided in your return confirmation email. Please do not return your order to our corporate address, unless indicated. Returns to an incorrect address will be charged additional shipping for us to return them back to the proper warehouse inventory.
We recommend shipping the return package with a tracking number such as UPS or Fedex to ensure the package is handled safely. In the instance where our warehouses can not locate your return, we will use the tracking to verify the return and issue credit to your account.
Please insure your parcel back to the address we provide you in our return email, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged/lost in return transit.
After we confirmed the return items are in good condition, the refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment.What is your damage, incorrect Items and shortage Claim Policy?
All items are packed professionally and carefully in our various warehouses. If something should arrive damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged items and we will send your replacements or issue credits. Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground.
We may request to pickup the damage items in some cases for filling a claim with UPS and for quality control purposes. If this is the case, we will arrange for a UPS pickup at no charge to you.
For incorrect items, we will arrange for a UPS pickup to pickup the incorrect items and send out the replacements via UPS ground.
For missing items, we will send out replacements via UPS ground.
Please note all damage, incorrect items or shortage claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as the shipping destination will be received by the customer.
If nobody will be available to receive the packages at home, please ship the packages to your work address.
If package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt. We are not responsible for lost packages.What is your out of stock policy?
We make every effort in updating our website with the latest out of stock and availability date information. However, some items may gone out of stock before we have enough lead time to update our website.
If the item you purchased is out of stock, we will notify you via email with the expected shipping date. You will have a choice of full refund or accept the backorder. Pre-paid out of stock orders will have the first priority to be processed once the items are in stock.What is your Refused Shipment and Undeliverable Packages policy?
Any orders refused for delivery by a customer are subject to additional charges.
Customers who refuse delivery will be responsible for the original shipping charges, the return shipping & handling charges and a 10% restocking fee of the original order subtotal.
Customer will be charged a $25.00 additional handling fee for any undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect address entered on the order form which must reshipped.
Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charged the same shipping charges that applied to the original order plus a $25.00 handling fee.
Please note, UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
